Add some views to expose to frontpage promoted content.

This feature is based on flags module and views to show content that users like to share with the community.
Content (blogs, documents, images, video and audio) could be "flagged" to be shown in the frontpage.
Multiple views are created from simple list of "last created nodes" to carousel views or view pages with exposed filters.
